One mitten a pair does not make

But 2 mittens does! I finished the 2nd kids mitten last night. And for your continued viewing pleasure, here's my first pair of mittens:


I'm going to take a stab at my 1st I-cord to attach the mittens together. Anyone have a suggestion for the best way to attach the I-cord to the mittens?

Next I'll cast on for both at the same time - knitting them simultaneously using the Magic Loop.

I'm ready to start work on a poncho for DD#1, but need to get my hands on the right needles. Hopefully I can do that tomorrow evening while she's at the public library taking a chocolate candy making class. Mmmm chocolate.
